We do not offer therapy or any mental health services whatsoever. Life coaching services are not to be used as a substitute for working with a mental health professional.

*Please note: We are not therapists. We provide spiritual and emotional guidance ONLY! We DO NOT provide any type of therapy or mental health services. We cannot and do not diagnose clients. We do not accept insurance and will not provide any statements for coaching services to be submitted for insurance reimbursement. We reserve the right to turn away clients who we do not feel are a good match for our services. As with any consulting and life coaching services, results will always vary and will depend entirely on your individual capacity, work ethic, commitment, level of motivation, diligence in applying the information provided, and other factors. We are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. The evaluation and use of information provided during coaching services should be based on your own due diligence. We are not responsible for your actions. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following:

Communication and Availability:

While we will always make it a priority to be available to our regular clients when something happens in-between appointments, we are real people with multiple clients, families, and other obligations. If you are a regular client and you're having a rough time, we welcome you to reach out to us via Email or direct message and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Written communications should only be used within reason and cannot replace the feedback we are able to give during a session. If this is an emergency, please contact the relevant authorities in your area and seek in-person assistance. We cannot provide you with any assistance in an emergency situation. In using our services you understand and agree that while you may contact us via written communication 24/7, you will receive a written response within 24 hours and not immediately.

No Guarantees:

My role and services that we provide is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, follow-through diligence in applying the information provided, and other factors. We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. We are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. The evaluation and use of information provided during coaching services should be based on your own due diligence. We are not responsible for your actions. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive during coaching sessions. You agree we are not liable to you in any way for your results in services.

Booking:

Clients must complete payment at time of booking. Due to the nature of services, we will under no circumstances provide refunds. If a client is unable to attend a regularly scheduled appointment, we will be happy to reschedule the appointment for another day/time in the same week. No- show appointments will not be refunded. We reserve the right to terminate our professional relationship with clients who engage in a pattern of rescheduling or canceling appointments with little to no-notice.

Recording:

Any recording of sessions is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Notes:

It is the sole responsibility of each client to take notes at each session. No summaries, outlines or recaps will be provided or transmitted electronically whatsoever.

Service Fees:

All payments are non-refundable, final, and due before services are rendered. Our pricing is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our rates at any time. Such changes may be made to reflect inflation or other market conditions.

Invoices:

Modification to invoices in any way is strictly prohibited. Invoices must reflect the services being provided and the date of services being provided. Invoices that are modified in any way will immediately be canceled, and all future services will be terminated effective immediately.

Availability of Appointments:

Please note that the availability of sessions in the past does not necessarily indicate or guarantee availability for future sessions. Several factors determine availability, including the current schedule of clients who have already booked sessions and your time zone.

No-Show Clients:

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice of at least 24 hours are responsible for the full payment of that session.

Discontinuance of Services (Client):

You are in control of your coaching/ guidance experience, and you can discontinue your sessions at any time. Simply let us know, and you will be taken off the schedule with no questions asked.

We retain the discretion to reject clients who seek to use our services beyond the scope of a life coach's work or who we believe are not suitable for our services.

Termination of Use (Coach):

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Please be aware that some of our conversations may touch on delicate topics like you, your partner (if you have one), family, friends and coworkers relationship to provide you with the greatest possible support. Your personal information will be kept confidential, never disclosed to anybody, and used only to enable me to provide you with the best service possible unless you disclose that you're going to harm yourself or others. At that point, I'm required to report that. You have the right to withhold any private information from the intake form that you feel uncomfortable sharing. It is your obligation to supply your healthcare professional with any and all pertinent medical information.

Release of Liability:

The Client agrees to hold Husbuddy harmless from all claims, losses, judgments, damages, expenses, and costs (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and court costs), whether fixed or contingent and whether or not adjudicated, arising from or in any way related to:

a) the breach of any of its obligations under this agreement;

(b) damage to real or tangible personal property of the client or any third party due to the client's fault; and

(d) Any breach of representations or guarantees made by customers or other third parties regarding services provided by Husbuddy;

(e) service fees owed

f) any unpermitted behavior;

g) negligence, carelessness, or willful misconduct on the part of Husbuddy

(h) the aforementioned services that are excluded, such as medical monitoring, medical choices, medical advice, treatment alternatives, physical services, and medical services, among others.

Updates to Terms and Service Agreement:

We reserve the right to update our terms and agreement at anytime. It's up to the client to review those changes.

Difference in Coaching Frequency:

Our coaching services provide clients with the option to schedule calls on an as-needed basis or to have weekly coaching sessions at a fixed day and time. It is important to note that while as-needed coaching sessions offer flexibility, they are not intended to replace the benefits of consistent coaching. Rather, they are a suitable choice for individuals seeking short-term guidance for a specific goal or requiring additional tools and strategies.

Scope of Services:

Our services are focused on facilitating personal and professional development by equipping clients with the necessary tools, guidance, and strategies to transform themselves and achieve their objectives. Our scope of work is limited to these areas. Through your use of our services, you acknowledge that a life coach is not a licensed mental health professional and that life coaching should not be used as a substitute for mental health services provided by a licensed professional.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Husbuddy's Website, located at husbuddy.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Husbuddy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Husbuddy does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Husbuddy, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Husbuddy shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
